Shipping Policy

Please note - Once your package leaves my shop and is in the hands of a shipping carrier it's no longer my responsibility. Therefore The Turquoise Buffalo  is not responsible for lost or damaged items/packages. Insurance can be purchased for packages upon request. The Turquoise Buffalo is solely run and funded by ONE person and I can’t afford to replace items that are lost in the mail. If your package is lost or stolen please contact your local post office. 

 

Most items that are offered by The Turquoise Buffalo and more are handcrafted by Elizabeth 

Please be patient and note that shipping times are 5-7 business days.

If you need an item earlier than that turn around or need it by a certain date, please reach out to us!

I do also have a life outside of my small jewelry business and sometimes it does take me longer to turn around items. So please understand that I try my best to ship items before that 5 day mark but sometimes it doesn't work!
