Customs Information
CUSTOMS INFORMATION:
We take all custom orders through email Theturquoiseb10@gmail.com or through my phone at 417-366-4415. Start by sending us a message with what you are wanting or an idea that you may have. We will then discuss details, pricing, and turn around time. Please be descriptive as possible, the more information provided; the better! Once everything is finalized, I will send an invoice to your email via a link through my website, Pay-Pal or Venmo. Payment will be split up into two payments, initial before any custom work is started and the remaining 50% before I ship.
I do not keep a lot of stones on hands, ordering specific stones is likely with your custom so TAT is longer. Estimated TAT is 5+ weeks. If you have a specific time you need it by, please communicate it with me so I can make accommodations!
